Our program has been developed in partnership with mental health and youth service experts and is delivered by both trained program facilitators and registered mental health professionals.

How it works:
When you sign up to our program, we make a 12
month commitment to your club.
To launch the program, we’ll come to your club to deliver our first session, ‘Mental Health’.

From this session, your club will receive access to our free 24/7 app, through which we can provide welfare support for the duration of the program. Our app helps to link your players and their families to a multitude of services, such as critical response teams, therapists and national hotlines. It also helps us to identify individuals at risk, so we can provide proactive and tailored support.
Later, we’ll return to your club to deliver a second educational session of your choice:

– Drugs and Alcohol
– Gambling
– Leadership and Culture
– Inclusion and Respect
– Social Media and Cyberbullying
– Coaches and Support Staff Training

Schools
In 2018, we launched a new mental health education and welfare support program for secondary schools. Since then we have supported over 20 schools across Australia.
Like OTLR for sporting clubs, our school program has been developed in partnership with mental health and youth service experts and is delivered by both trained program facilitators and registered mental health professionals.
How it works:
When you sign up to our program, OTLR makes a 12 month commitment to your school.
To launch the program, we’ll come to your school to deliver our first session, ‘Mental Health and Resilience’.

From this session, your school will receive access to our free 24/7 app, through which we can provide welfare support for the duration of the program. Our app helps to link your students and their families to a multitude of services, such as critical response teams, therapists and national hotlines. It also helps us to identify individuals at risk, so we can provide proactive and tailored support.

Later, we’ll return to your school to deliver a second educational session, ‘Social Media and Cyberbullying’
In 2019 we launched an employee wellbeing program for Energy Australia, with a customised approach to mental health education and welfare support for their staff.

It’s possible we can offer a similar program for your workplace, so please get in touch.
